How to Book
Bookings can be made directly via the website. Alternatively, you can fill out the contact form below, or message me via text or Whatsapp.
How to Pay
Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer during the appointment. If you are making use of the block booking discount, full payment will be required on the first of the 5 visits.
Private Health Insurance
As a member of the British Acupuncture Council, my treatments are recognised by several private health insurance providers. Before booking, please check with your insurer to verify your coverage, as you may be able to reclaim the full or partial cost of your sessions.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give as much notice as possible, ideally at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me enough time to offer the appointment to someone else if needed. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

The Clinic
The clinic is located in a dedicated, private space within a detached, converted double garage. It features its own separate entrance, ensuring a quiet and professional environment for your treatment.
Parking
Please feel free to park on the driveway if space is available. If the driveway is full, there is plenty of free, unrestricted parking along the road.
Arrival & Timing
To ensure complete privacy for every patient, there is no indoor waiting area. Please aim to arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time. If you happen to arrive early, kindly send me a text message and I will let you know if your treatment room is ready for you.
Accessibility
The clinic is located on the ground floor with a single step at the entrance doorway. If you have any mobility restrictions or require wheelchair assistance, please let me know in advance so I can fully accommodate your needs.
