Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine in South Leicestershire

Gentle, natural care for your body and mind so you can feel like you again

What I Help With

Acupuncture can help with a surprisingly wide range of physical and emotional symptoms because it supports the body’s own natural healing processes. By working with the nervous system and calming the body’s stress response, treatment helps restore balance, reduce tension and support overall wellbeing.

Here are some of the conditions acupuncture may help to support:

Let's Get Started!

  1. Book Your Initial Appointment
Your first session lasts around 90 minutes and includes a discussion about your health history, current symptoms and goals, a physical assessment, and your first treatment.

  2. Start Your Tailored Treatment Plan
For many conditions, a short course of weekly treatments (at least 5) is recommended. These follow-up sessions typically last up to 50 minutes.

  3. Stay Consistent, Feel Great
Based on an assessment of your ongoing treatment, we'll evolve to a schedule that suits your situation.

Common Questions

It is completely normal to have questions before your first session! Here are some of the most common things people ask:

  • Does acupuncture hurt?

  • How many treatments will I need?

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

  • Is it safe?

  • Can I claim the cost back on health insurance?
